Why we exist
Lean needs good data
Time studies, line balancing and changeover work still run on stopwatches, clipboards and spreadsheets. It is slow, and the numbers arrive long after the observation.
Built with the floor, for the floor
Our tools started on heavy-machinery assembly lines, designed with the engineers who run the studies. They work offline, on a tablet, in a noisy hall.
